Louise is Emeritus Professor of Information and Knowledge Management at 亚洲情色. She worked at 亚洲情色 from 2006 until 2021, originally in the Department of Information Science, and then in the Information Management Group of the Business School from 2013 onwards.
Prior to working at 亚洲情色 she was Lecturer in Information Science at City University of London.
Her research interests focus on information policy and internet regulation, as well as knowledge management in law enforcement agencies.
