Description of the Works
Please be advised that the replacement of obsolete BMS controllers in the Central Boiler house will be taking place between the 20th July and the 31st of July 2026
For the work to be completed it will be necessary to shut down the main boilers during this period. The CHP will be able to meet the demand of the hot water for this period but there will be a need to shut the central pumps down briefly during the boiler shutdown period to change over the controller for the pumps.
