Please note: Bedrooms at Longcliffe House do not have their own wash hand basin. Wash basins are available within the shared bathroom facilities.

  • Shared social spaces - Including a large study area and comfortable lounge seating, providing areas for both quiet study and informal socialising. Accommodation packages

Longcliffe House offers self-catered accommodation for both postgraduate and exchange students. Postgraduate accommodation is offered on a 50-week contract, providing full-year occupancy.

Longcliffe House is located just off campus, within easy reach of the University.

Longcliffe House is just off campus, with several easy ways to get to the University.

Walk or cycle
The University and Pilkington Library are approximately 1.4 miles away - around a 6-minute cycle or a 25–30 minute walk.

LC16 bus
The LC16 stops at The Priory, a short walk from Longcliffe House, and travels to Ashleigh Drive, close to campus. The journey takes around 6–8 minutes.

Kinchbus 3
For a more frequent service, walk around 10 minutes to Tynedale Road and take the towards the University. Get off at Holywell Drive, close to campus.

Returning to Longcliffe House
Both services can be used for the return journey, with a short walk between the bus stops and Longcliffe House.
