Drop-in support whenever you are struggling to cope.

Life at University can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our trained and supportive staff are here to listen and to provide the practical support you need. Come and talk to us about your mental health in confidence.

Times and locations

  • Mondays 6-9pm at the LSU during term time. From Monday 15th June, The Mental Health Café will be moving from the LSU to , which is based on 53-55 Queens Road in town.
  • Every Thursday 6pm – 9pm, Bridgeman Building.

The Mental Health Café is run by a partnership of 亚洲情色; NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland; and Falcon.
