Loughborough Sport means 亚洲情色, its departments, employees, coaches, practitioners, contractors, and authorised representatives responsible for delivering performance sport activities and services.

Athlete means the individual holding a Performance Squad Membership.

Performance Squad means any recognised performance sport squad, programme, academy, institute, scholarship programme, or performance pathway operated or supported by Loughborough Sport.

Performance Squad Membership means the membership product which provides access to designated Performance Squad training sessions and related performance sport services.

Gold Membership means the Loughborough Sport Gold Membership, whether purchased directly by the athlete or provided through a scholarship, sports institute, funded programme, University course, prize draw, or other approved arrangement.

Performance Support Services means any support services made available to athletes including, but not limited to, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, nutrition, physiology, phlebotomy and blood testing, sports science, performance lifestyle support, and other specialist services.

2.1 Performance Squad Memberships are only available to athletes who have been approved for membership of a recognised Performance Squad.

2.2 Athletes must maintain eligibility and membership of their respective Performance Squad throughout the membership period.

2.3 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time.

2.4 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove a Performance Squad Membership where an athlete is no longer deemed eligible.

3.1 Athletes must hold a valid Gold Membership and AU Sports Club Membership to attend Performance Squad training sessions.

3.2 Performance Squad Membership does not replace the requirement to maintain a valid Gold Membership or AU Club Membership.

3.3 If an athlete's Gold or AU Club Membership expires, is suspended, or is terminated, access to Performance Squad training sessions may be withdrawn until a valid Gold or AU Club Membership is reinstated.

3.4 Where a Gold or AU Club Membership has been provided through a scholarship, sports institute, funded programme, University course, prize draw, or other approved arrangement, athletes must comply with all associated memberships outlined in the Gifted and Sponsored Membership terms and conditions.

4.1 Athletes must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

4.2 Athletes must promptly notify Loughborough Sport of any changes to their contact information, emergency contacts, health status, or circumstances which may affect participation.

4.3 Athletes are responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and requirements associated with their Performance Squad Membership.

5.1 Performance Squad Membership provides access only to designated Performance Squad training sessions approved by Loughborough Sport.

5.2 Where Performance Squad training takes place within Powerbase, athletes must book onto the appropriate training session through the Loughborough Sport app before attending.

5.3 A valid booking is required to gain entry to the facility and access the Power Gym and/or Base Gym during the allocated training session.

5.4 Athletes must only attend sessions for which they are registered and booked.

5.5 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to refuse entry where a valid booking does not exist.

6.1 Athletes are expected to attend Performance Squad training sessions, meetings, performance support appointments, and other activities associated with their Performance Squad regularly and punctually.

6.2 Where attendance standards apply to a specific sport or programme, athletes must meet the attendance requirements communicated by their coaches or programme staff.

6.3 Repeated absence, poor attendance, failure to engage with programme activities, or late cancellations without reasonable explanation may result in a review of squad status and continued eligibility.

6.4 Missed training sessions, appointments, or activities will not normally be rearranged or credited.

6.5 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to withdraw Performance Squad Membership where an athlete is no longer actively engaged with the programme.

7.1 Athletes must comply at all times with the Loughborough Sport Code of Conduct.

7.2 Athletes must comply with the Athlete Code of Conduct for the Performance Sport Programme.

7.3 Athletes are expected to:

• Behave in a respectful, professional, and responsible manner.
• Follow the reasonable instructions of coaches, practitioners, and Loughborough Sport staff.
• Treat fellow athletes, staff, volunteers, officials, and facility users with respect.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
• Conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on 亚洲情色 and Loughborough Sport.

7.4 Bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive behaviour, misconduct, violence, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

8.1 Performance Squad Membership is issued solely for use by the registered athlete and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to any other person.

8.2 Athletes must only access facilities, equipment, services, and training sessions for which they have authorisation.

8.3 Athletes must not permit, facilitate, or attempt to facilitate unauthorised access to any Loughborough Sport facility, programme, or service.

8.4 Athletes must comply with all facility rules, operating procedures, and reasonable instructions given by Loughborough Sport staff.

8.5 Any misuse of membership privileges, facility access systems, or booking systems may result in immediate suspension or removal of membership and may lead to further disciplinary action.

9.1 Athletes may be eligible to access discounted or complimentary Performance Support Services as a benefit of Performance Squad Membership.

9.2 Such services may include, but are not limited to:

• Physiotherapy
• Strength and Conditioning
• Nutrition
• Physiology
• Phlebotomy and blood testing
• Sports Science support
• Performance Lifestyle support
• Medical support services
• Other specialist support services provided by or on behalf of Loughborough Sport

9.3 Eligibility for support services will be determined by Loughborough Sport and may vary between sports, teams, scholarship groups, funded programmes, and Performance Squads.

9.4 Athletes accessing Performance Support Services must comply with all applicable service-specific terms and conditions, booking procedures, attendance requirements, cancellation policies, and operational procedures.

9.5 Failure to comply with service-specific procedures may result in service restrictions, additional charges, fines, removal of support service access, or review of Performance Squad Membership status.

9.6 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw access to support services where operationally necessary.

10.1 Athletes must manage their bookings responsibly and comply with all applicable booking and cancellation procedures.

10.2 Athletes using Performance Squad training sessions, support services, facilities, or other bookable activities must comply with all relevant Loughborough Sport booking requirements.

10.4 The Loughborough Sport Fines Terms and Conditions apply where relevant: /sport/memberships-prices/termsandconditions/fines-terms-and-conditions/

10.5 Athletes acknowledge that fines or charges may be applied where booking, attendance, cancellation, or facility use policies are breached.

10.6 Failure to comply with booking and cancellation procedures may also result in restriction or removal of access to facilities, services, or Performance Squad Membership benefits.

11.1 Athletes are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in training and physical activity.

11.2 Athletes must disclose any relevant injuries, illnesses, allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect participation.

11.3 Athletes must immediately report injuries sustained during training or programme activities to the appropriate member of staff.

11.4 Athletes must comply with all facility rules, health and safety procedures, and reasonable staff instructions.

11.5 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to restrict participation where it reasonably believes participation may present a risk to the athlete or others.

12.1 Athletes acknowledge that participation in a Performance Squad may require the collection, processing, analysis, and sharing of performance, attendance, participation, wellbeing, support service, medical, testing, athlete development, and programme-related information where appropriate and lawful.

12.2 Information may be used to support:

• Athlete development
• Performance programme delivery
• Performance support services
• Welfare and safeguarding
• Eligibility and selection decisions
• Funding and reporting requirements
• Facility and programme administration

12.3 Information may be shared with:

• Loughborough Sport administration teams
• Performance Sport staff
• Relevant Performance Coaches and coaching teams
• Sports Science and Medicine practitioners
• National Governing Bodies
• Funded programme partners
• Scholarship providers
• Sports institutes and partner organisations
• Loughborough College, where the athlete is enrolled there
• Other authorised personnel directly involved in the athlete's development, welfare, and support

12.4 Athletes acknowledge that appropriate information sharing between authorised stakeholders is necessary to support the delivery of an integrated performance sport programme.

12.5 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and 亚洲情色's Privacy Notice.

13.1 Performance Squad Membership is a discretionary benefit and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time by Loughborough Sport.

13.2 Membership may be removed where:

• The athlete is no longer a member of an authorised Performance Squad.
• The athlete no longer meets eligibility requirements.
• The athlete breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• The athlete breaches the Loughborough Sport Code of Conduct.
• The athlete breaches the Athlete Code of Conduct.
• The athlete repeatedly fails to attend training, meetings, support service appointments, or programme activities.
• The athlete fails to comply with booking, cancellation, or facility access requirements.
• The athlete engages in misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or behaviour that may negatively affect the programme or its participants.
• Continued participation is considered detrimental to athlete welfare, staff welfare, operational delivery, safety, or the reputation of Loughborough Sport.

13.3 Removal of Performance Squad Membership does not create any entitlement to compensation, replacement services, or continued access to performance training.

13.4 All decisions regarding suspension or removal of membership shall be made at the reasonable discretion of Loughborough Sport.

14.1 Breaches of these Terms and Conditions, the Loughborough Sport Code of Conduct, or the Athlete Code of Conduct may result in wider disciplinary action.

14.2 Such action may include restriction, suspension, or removal of access to:

• Performance Squad training
• Loughborough Sport facilities
• AU Club memberships
• Loughborough Sport memberships
• Recreational Sport activities
• Performance support services
• Sports programmes and pathways
• Any other facilities or services operated by Loughborough Sport

14.3 Sanctions applied will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach.

14.4 Where appropriate, disciplinary outcomes may be shared with coaches, programme staff, National Governing Bodies, scholarship providers, funded programme partners, and Loughborough College (where applicable).

15.1 Loughborough Sport reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.

15.2 Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

16.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
